Four and a half years have passed since we delivered magnets to Norway’s leading commercial diving education program, the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL), and we wanted to check in with them. We spoke with one of their most experienced diving instructors, Stian Mjelde.

With the addition of their new 800kg holding magnet, the crew will be able to establish temporary mooring points just about everywhere on the ship and perform maintenance tasks more safely and efficiently — ensuring the ship remains in top condition for future generations of sailors.
