Terms of service

When will you ship my order? 

We normally book the shipment with the freight forwarder after we have received your payment, whether you have paid by card or invoice with bank transfer. In the latter case, you can speed up the progress by sending us a proof of payment such as a confirmation of the transaction from your bank.

The products are shipped out of Norway, and usually picked up the day after the shipment has been booked. 

What shipping costs are included?

For international shipping, we follow DAP (Delivered At Place) as defined by the Incoterms convention. You can read more about Incoterms here. In short, everything is included except costs related to customs clearance, as well as import duties & taxes.

For domestic shipping (Norway), everything is included.
