refund policy

Every single magnet is inspected and checked against the required holding force and functionality of the movable parts at the factory. Even so, in some cases, the product may be damaged during transport, or you may have received the wrong product or quantity of products.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately as sales@blumags.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please document and photograph everything as thoroughly as possible to help us identify the root cause. Also send us receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is preliminarily approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

A final evaluation will take place once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, we will replace the product(s) free of charge. Should we not be able to do so within 30 days after receiving the original product(s) and all necessary information from you, we will will refund the purchase to your bank or credit card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
